By engaging with PFI services, platforms, forms, or communications, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

PFI provides tools, resources, assessments, and guidance for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing provided by PFI should be interpreted as legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice. Clients should consult licensed professionals for those services.

2. No Guaranteed Outcomes

PFI does not guarantee:

  • Funding approvals

  • Credit score increases

  • Specific lending decisions

  • Financial outcomes or results

  • Timelines for lender responses or processing

All outcomes depend on factors outside of PFI’s control, including lender criteria, client documentation, financial history, and market conditions.

3. Client Responsibility & Accuracy of Information

PFI’s assessments, recommendations, and readiness evaluations rely on the information provided by the client. Clients are solely responsible for:

  • The accuracy and completeness of all submitted information

  • Uploading required documents

  • Maintaining truthful and updated records

  • Following instructions and timelines

PFI is not liable for delays or outcomes caused by incomplete, inaccurate, or late information.

4. Lending & Funding Support

PFI may assist with:

  • Document preparation

  • Application support

  • Readiness evaluations

  • Administrative processing

  • Communication with lenders (when applicable)

PFI is not a bank and does not make credit decisions for third‑party lenders. All lending decisions are made solely by the lender.

5. Bookkeeping & Financial Organization Services

PFI provides bookkeeping and financial organization services based on the client's supplied data. PFI does not:

  • File taxes

  • Provide CPA services

  • Provide legal and financial opinions

  • Guarantee compliance outcomes

Clients remain responsible for reviewing all reports and ensuring accuracy.

6. Consulting & Business Support

PFI offers strategic guidance, operational support, and business development assistance. All decisions made by the client based on PFI’s recommendations are the client’s responsibility.

PFI does not guarantee:

  • Business success

  • Revenue outcomes

  • Compliance approvals

  • Credit or funding results

7. Confidentiality & Data Protection

PFI maintains strict confidentiality. Client information is never sold and is only shared:

  • With the client’s permission

  • With third parties necessary to complete the requested services

  • When legally required

PFI uses secure systems and reasonable safeguards to protect client data.

8. No Legal, Tax, or Investment Advice

PFI does not provide:

  • Legal representation

  • Tax filing or tax strategy

  • Investment management

  • Securities advice

Any decisions made by the client are their own responsibility.

9. Digital Tools, Portals & Automation

PFI may provide access to:

  • Client portals

  • Automated tools

  • Forms

  • Calculators

  • Templates

  • Dashboards

These tools are provided “as‑is” for convenience and informational use. PFI is not responsible for technical issues, user errors, or third‑party platform outages.

10. Communication Consent

By engaging with PFI, clients consent to receive:

  • Emails

  • Text messages

  • Phone calls

  • Automated notifications

Clients may opt out at any time.

11. Fees, Payments & Refunds

PFI services may require payment before work begins. Due to the nature of digital, administrative, and consulting services, all payments are final and non‑refundable, unless otherwise stated in a specific service agreement.

12. Limitation of Liability

PFI is not liable for:

  • Decisions made by lenders

  • Client financial outcomes

  • Losses resulting from client actions

  • Delays caused by third parties

  • Errors in client‑provided information

  • Business or personal financial losses

PFI’s total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

13. Acceptance of Terms

By using PFI services, platforms, forms, or communications, the client acknowledges:

  • They have read and understand this disclosure

  • They accept all terms

  • They agree to use PFI services responsibly
