1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services, website, client portal, or digital forms of Prestige Financial Investments LLC (“PFI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“Client,” “you,” or “user”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of our services immediately.
These Terms apply to all services provided by PFI, including micro‑loans, bookkeeping, business start‑up assistance, and financial consulting.
2. Services Provided
PFI offers the following services:
2.1 Micro‑Loan Services
Short‑term microfinancing is subject to Georgia lending laws. Loan terms, fees, and disclosures are provided in separate legally required documents, including:
Loan Disclosure Addendum
Promissory Note
Personal Guarantee Agreement (if applicable)
Collateral Agreement (if applicable)
2.2 Bookkeeping Services
Professional bookkeeping and financial record‑keeping, including:
Monthly categorization
Reconciliations
AP/AR tracking
Financial statements
Year‑end summaries
2.3 Business Start‑Up Assistance
Administrative and educational support for new businesses, including:
Formation guidance
EIN assistance
Compliance support
Business credit education
2.4 Consulting & Coaching
General financial and business guidance.
PFI does not provide legal, tax, or investment advice.
3. Eligibility
To use PFI services, you must:
Be at least 18 years old
Provide accurate and complete information
Have the legal authority to enter into agreements
Do not use services for unlawful purposes
4. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide truthful, complete, and timely information
Submit required documents by the stated deadlines
Maintain communication with PFI
Use loan funds for lawful purposes
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
PFI is not responsible for delays caused by missing or inaccurate information.
5. Payment Terms
Outline in loan agreement
5.1 Service Fees
Fees vary by service type and will be disclosed in writing before work begins.
5.2 Payment Due Dates
Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise stated.
5.3 Late Payments
Late payments may result in:
Late fees- 5% of the unpaid installment OR $10, whichever is greater, and only after a 7‑day grace period
Service suspension
Termination of services
5.4 Non‑Refundable Fees
Certain fees are non‑refundable as outlined in PFI’s Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. No Guarantee of Outcomes
PFI does not guarantee:
Loan approvals
Funding outcomes
Business success
Credit score improvements
Tax outcomes
Profitability
All services are provided on a best‑effort basis.
7. Confidentiality & Data Security
PFI maintains strict confidentiality of all client information. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your data.
However, no system is completely secure, and PFI cannot guarantee absolute protection.
8. Use of Website & Client Portal
8.1 Permitted Use
You may use our website and portal for lawful purposes only.
8.2 Prohibited Use
You may not:
Upload harmful or malicious files
Attempt to access unauthorized areas
Interfere with system operations
Use the site for fraudulent or illegal activity
8.3 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, documents, templates, and materials created by PFI are the exclusive property of Prestige Financial Investments LLC.
You may not:
Copy
Distribute
Sell
Modify
Reproduce any PFI materials without written permission.
10. Third‑Party Services
PFI may use third‑party providers for:
Payment processing
Document storage
Client portal hosting
Accounting software
PFI is not responsible for the policies or actions of third‑party providers.
11. Termination of Services
PFI may terminate services if:
You violate these Terms
You provide fraudulent information
You fail to pay invoices
You become unresponsive
You engage in abusive or inappropriate behavior
Upon termination:
No refunds will be issued for completed work
Outstanding balances remain due
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
PFI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
PFI’s total liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client for services
13. SMS Terms & Conditions
By opting in to receive text messages from Prestige Financial Investments LLC (“PFI”), you agree to the following terms and conditions regarding the use of SMS communications.
Program Description
PFI may send text messages related to your account, service updates, appointment reminders, scheduling confirmations, educational content, and promotional messages designed to support your financial goals. Message frequency may vary based on your engagement and service activity.
Opt-In Consent
By providing your mobile phone number and selecting the SMS consent checkbox, you provide express written consent for PFI to send text messages to the number you provided. Consent is not a condition of purchasing or receiving services.
Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you may receive a final confirmation message. You may also request assistance by replying HELP.
Message & Data Rates
· Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. PFI is not responsible for any charges incurred from SMS communications.
Privacy & Data Use
o PFI collects and stores your phone number and related personal information solely for the purpose of delivering authorized SMS communications. Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and our Written Information Security Program (WISP). PFI does not sell or share SMS-related personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

· Carrier Liability
o Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Venue for disputes is Fulton County, Georgia.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Revisions will be posted with a new effective date.
